Across street from Lourdes' St. Bernadette site and great location for tourist shopping. Parking on site. Dining staff were very nice, letting us in even when we arrived near closing time. They remembered us at next meal and were very friendly which made up for the food. The food was like a nursing home, adequate and amusing. We weren't visiting Lourdes for the food. We had 2 rooms, one double and one single. Both were nice.

I stayed here for an easter and would come here again. Everything was modern, very good service, particularly good location near the church and quiet place, the sanctuary and shops, and Church and restaurant. Had neat and en suite room with refrigerator for a special stay.

The room is clean and the location is convenient.
It is not really the hotel that I did not like - it is the name of the street where it is located as it is not very visible. Would suggest that the street name be on the stand in the corner visible to passersby.

The essentials, minus the fluff
A perfect spot for a pilgrimage! Steps away from the Sanctuary, our stay was highlighted by a cute and efficient staff. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a balcony. Amenities like daily towel changes added to the experience. Breakfast was fine, though not nice. Truly a great base for exploring!

We were staying in the hotel for two days from 14/07/2011to 16/07/11. Our purpose of the visit is to Lourdes is pilgrimage and 2 parents and 3 grown up children were staying in the hotel. The hotel is located only about 200 meters from the Basilica and it was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The hotel has 7 floors and there are two lift which were always available. It is also worth to mention that it would cost 85 Euros to get to the hotel if you land at Pau airport. You can get information for taxi services from the Hotel.
The only thing I wish to warn about is the breakfast that the hotel provides. It costs 8 Euros per head and it is a "continental Breakfast" which will not contain any hot or warm food such as eggs or bacons and only bread, rolls, butter, jam, croissants and ham and other cold food. I am not certain that the breakfast is worth 8 euros per head.

This place is a good option for a short weekend trip in Lourdes at a fair price. The staff was helpful, especially Marianne, who quickly addressed any issues we had. Make sure to try the breakfast-it's pretty decent for the value offered.

I liked staying in this excellent quality place. The room was spotless, and new-fashioned, with central heating, an electronic key card and a coffee/tea maker. Offered a continental breakfast.

Grest location... 5 minutes walk to Grotto
First when we check in our toom is still messy... And thy promise me to be cleaned in 30 minutes so I walked to Grotto and when I come back, yhe room is still messy... FYI I walk for 3 hours. Then they told me to wait. And when I got my room, the electricity plug doesn't work at all... And they don't give a solution. Even the hotrl staff doesn't know where is the circuit box to change the fuse or something... What a mess!! The breakfast is very poor, they just serve the pudding, juice, salami and croissant. No variety...

The hotel was very close to the Lourdes Shrine and we could easily walk back and forth from the Shrine. The restaurant was good. It had a nice lobby with a big screen tv and a bar where you can sit and get a wine or coffee. The rooms were simply furnished but nice with a balcony. The beds were firm yet still comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. There is a grocery convenience store across the street which is handy.

The location was very good for visiting the Sanctuary at Lourdes. Meals were ok.
The bathroom wasn't cleaned at all during the first two days of our stay There were few options for Vegetarians in the Restaurant. Some of the staff on Reception were unfriendly. The rooms were out dated and the decor poor. The staff took it upon themselves to downgrade one of our two rooms and not inform us. Poor Communication
